Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or business address, insurance interests, current carrier, renewal information, vehicle, property or business details, and any message or insurance declaration page you choose to provide.
We may also collect limited website and marketing information such as the page visited, referring website, campaign identifiers, and advertising click identifiers. We use this information to understand which marketing introduced you to Pace Insurance Agency and to improve our services.
How we use information
- Respond to quote requests and questions.
- Evaluate insurance needs and communicate with insurance carriers or service providers involved in the requested quote.
- Route requests to the correct Pace Insurance Agency sales or service workflow.
- Measure marketing performance, prevent abuse, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.
How information is shared
We may share information with Farmers Insurance, other insurance markets or service providers involved in a requested quote, AgencyZoom, our website hosting and form providers, communications providers, and vendors that help us operate the agency. We do not sell website lead information to unrelated lead buyers.
Declaration pages and sensitive documents
If you upload a declaration page, it may contain personal insurance information. Upload only documents needed for your quote. We use secure service providers to receive and store submissions and limit access to agency personnel and providers who need the information for the requested service.
Consent records
We record your marketing consent choice, the disclosure shown and its version, the phone number you provided, submission timestamps, and the source page. We retain campaign and advertising identifiers with your quote request to measure marketing results. An advertising source label is not marketing consent.
Calls, email and text messages
If you provide contact information and consent, Pace Insurance Agency and/or Farmers Insurance may contact you about insurance by phone, email, or text message, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Cookies and measurement
We use OpenAI advertising measurement to understand which ChatGPT ads lead to accepted quote requests. The measurement pixel may use first-party cookies, advertising click and browser identifiers, your IP address and browser information. When automatic advanced matching is enabled, the pixel may hash supported contact information in your browser before sending it to OpenAI. Our server-side event includes the accepted-request event and available advertising and browser identifiers, not your quote answers, street address, raw contact details or uploaded documents. A quote request is not reported as an insurance sale.
Our OpenAI measurement honors Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the browser choice below. Turning it off does not prevent you from requesting a quote. Marketing call, text and email consent is a separate choice. OpenAI measurement events are opted out of future user-level personalization.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to respond, provide insurance services, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal or contractual requirements. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete website lead information when applicable, or opt out of marketing communications. Insurance and regulatory recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion of certain records.
